Your $29 digital gift

One personalized birthday design with a caption, delivered as two PNG image files: a square image (1024 × 1024) and a vertical image for social stories (1008 × 1792). One round of changes is included. No physical product, printing, or shipping. A verified email-and-password profile is required before ordering. Sign in with the same email on any device to return to your orders. If you forget your password, reset it using a code sent to your email. Artwork downloads remain available for 30 days after payment.

Artwork is AI-generated. Automated checks look for spelling mistakes, unsuitable content, and image problems. Anything flagged gets another review before delivery. Illustrations are stylized, and exact photographic likeness is not guaranteed. Use your files for personal gifting and sharing.

Delivery and changes

Your artwork will be ready within 48 hours after we receive your payment, a usable photo, and the birthday details needed to create it. Files appear in your studio and remain available for 30 days after payment. Download them before those 30 days are up. To request your included round of changes, tell us what you would like changed in your studio or through our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Changes must be for the same person and based on your original idea.

Refunds

If we cannot meet the delivery window or resolve a problem with your included round of changes, request a full refund through our contact form with your order number. You may also cancel for a full refund before we start creating your artwork. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Your photo and information

Only upload photos you have permission to use and to process with AI. We store your profile identifier and securely hashed password, email, photo, birthday details, and artwork to create and deliver your order and provide support. Do not include sensitive personal information.

OpenAI processes the photo and birthday details to create and check artwork. Stripe processes payment details; this site does not store your card number. Our email provider uses your email address and the message content to send order notifications and verification codes. Your photo and artwork are not published in the gallery or used as testimonials without separate permission.

Your files can be viewed through your signed-in profile or by the person managing your order. Your photo, birthday details, and artwork are available for 30 days after payment, or 30 days after upload for unpaid orders. After that, downloads stop and the files are scheduled for deletion. We keep basic order and payment records to track payments and resolve order issues. You can delete your stored files from the studio or contact us. Processing already completed by providers cannot be undone.

Contact-form messages and replies are stored for up to 90 days to handle your request. Support replies are sent under the Birthday Plot Twist name.
